We lead with the audit. Every engagement starts with us actually looking at your workflows before we propose anything. You'll get a written summary of what we found and a prioritized list of what to fix, regardless of whether we build anything.
When we do build, we build lean. No bloat, no over-engineering, no platforms you'll be paying for in five years that aren't serving you anymore. Everything we build is documented, handed off, and yours to run.
We're based in Grand Rapids because we think local matters. We know this market. We can meet you in person. And we're not going anywhere.
